Refund / Returns / Exchanges
While we put a lot of love into all our products, sometimes things go wrong. If your product is damaged or you are not happy with the quality, you may request a refund or exchange, providing the following.
1. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Please give a detailed description of the reason for the refund request, if possible, please provide pictures.
3. Items, specifically water bottles and stubby coolers that have been put through a dishwasher will not be refunded.
4. Miss spelled customisation due to incorrect client submission will not be refunded.
5. Miss spelled customisation due to company error will be refunded or exchanged at no extra cost. A return shipping package will be sent within 24 hours.
6. Postage for returns is the client’s responsibility. However, if we ship you a replacement product, this shipping will be free of charge.
7. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the original product has been received.
Cancellation of orders
Please request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
1. Any cancellations received after the 24-hour notice period will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
